Effective December 21, 2024 the fund merged into PIMCO Monthly Enhanced Income Fund (PMEI). Unitholders of PIMCO Tactical Income Opportunities Fund (PTO.UN) received 0.82962 units of PMEI for each unit of PTO.UN. This was a taxable event.
