We retain your personal information as long as we believe that you are our customer and for 2 years after you are no longer our customer. If there are legal requirements relating to the period of time which we must retain your personal information, we comply with those requirements. Your historical buy and sell information and the resulting calculations are retained for a period not exceeding seven days.
What can you do if you want to limit the use to which we Put Your Personal Information?
Most of the personal information which we collect is necessary for us to perform the services outlined herein throughout this Notice and we cannot do this without that personal information. If you do not want us to use or disclose your personal information in a particular way, please contact Mike Wooding as described above and we will be pleased to discuss with you how we can limit collection, use or disclosure of your personal information.
