Merger:

Effective December 21, 2024 the fund merged into PIMCO Monthly Enhanced Income Fund (PMEI). Unitholders of PIMCO Tactical Income Fund (PTI.UN) received 0.74905 units of PMEI for each unit of PTI.UN. This was a taxable event.
