Effective July 7, 2023 Franklin ClearBridge Sustainable Global Infrastructure Income Active ETF (FCII) merged into the ETF Series of Franklin ClearBridge Sustainable Global Infrastructure Income Fund on a taxable basis. On July 10, 2023 the continuing fund was listed substitutionally on the TSX under the same ticker.
