Effective April 8, 2022 CI Active Utility & Infrastructure ETF (FAI) merged into CI Global Infrastructure Private Pool ETF (CINF) on a tax-deferred basis. Unitholders of FAI received 0.608535 units of CINF for each unit previously held.
