Effective February 28, 2022 First Trust redesignated all outstanding Advisor Class Units of First Trust Global Risk Managed Income Index ETF (ETP.A) as Common Units. Unitholders received 1.012503 Common Units for each Advisor Class Unit previously held. This was a non-taxable event.
