Reorganization:

Effective August 12, 2021, Series A units of Starlight Hybrid Global Real Assets Trust were automatically redesignated as Series C units of Starlight Private Global Real Real Assets Trust. Holders received 0.954903 units of Starlight Private Global Real Assets Trust Series C units for each Series A unit previously held. Subsequently, the Series C units were renamed Series F units.
