Effective December 3, 2021 Horizons Morningstar Hedge Fund Index ETF (HHF) merged into Horizons ReSolve Adaptive Asset Allocation ETF (HRAA) on a taxable basis. Unitholders of HHF received 1.574549 units of HRAA for each unit previously held.
