Deemed Disposition

This fund merged into open ended mutual fund Mulvihill Premium Yield Fund on a taxable basis effective July 5, 2021. The cost of Mulvihill Premium Yield Fund securities received in exchange is the fair market value of the securities received on the merger. This was a taxable event.
