Reorganization:

On July 30, 2020, Horizons Absolute Return Global Currency ETF (HARC) was reorganized into Horizons ETF Corp. on a one for one basis. This was completed on a tax deferred basis provided HARC unitholders made a joint Section 85 rollover election with the Manager, otherwise the merger is a taxable event.
