Reorganization:

On July 30, 2020, Horizons Global Risk Parity ETF (HRA) was reorganized into Horizons ReSolve Adaptive Asset Allocation ETF (HRAA) on a one for one basis. This was completed on a tax deferred basis provided HRA unitholders made a joint Section 85 rollover election with the Manager, otherwise the merger is a taxable event.
