Effective January 1, 2020 Boyd Group Income Fund (BYD.UN) converted from an income trust to a corporation Boyd Group Services Inc. on a one for one basis. Canadian residents will recognize a capital gain or a capital loss with respect to the exchange of units of BYD.UN for the common shares of the Boyd Group Services Inc.
