Merger Details:

Effective January 29, 2019 Taylor North American Equity Opportunities Fund (TOF) merged into Brompton Global Dividend Growth ETF (BDIV). Unitholders of TOF received 0.495198 units of BDIV for each unit held. This was completed on a tax-deferred basis.
