Conversion Details:

Effective February 19, 2019 REIT Indexplus Income Fund (IDR.UN) converted to an exchange traded fund and was renamed Middlefield REIT Indexplus ETF (IDR). The conversion was not taxable and units were exchanged on a 1-for-1 basis.
