Conversion Details

Effective December 27, 2019 shares of First Capital Realty Inc. were converted into First Capital Real Estate Investment Trust units on a one share for one unit basis. This was a taxable transaction as shareholders were deemed to have sold their common shares for $20.86 and acquired units of the REIT for the same price.
