Termination:

In connection with the sale of its mortgage portfolio, which closed on May 15, 2019 and the subsequent dissolution of the Corporation on October 7, 2019, the Corporation paid its final distributions in two tranches. The first tranche of Return of Capital was paid on May 28, 2019 for $8.65 per Common share for the shareholders of record on May 23, 2019. The second and final tranche of Return of Capital was paid on October 4, 2019 to shareholders of record on September 30, 2019 in the amount of $1.03 per common share.
