Name Change:

Effective April 3, 2018, the fund converted from a closed-end fund (symbol HIG.UN) into an ETF (symbol HIG) on a tax-deferred basis. The fund's name changed from Global Healthcare Income & Growth Fund to Global Healthcare & Growth ETF, and subsequently to Brompton Global Healthcare Income & Growth ETF.
