Conversion to Open End Fund:

On June 5, 2017, INDEXPLUS Income Fund converted to an open-end fund on a tax-deferred basis. Unitholders who subsequently dispose of units of the open-end fund, will be required to calculate the adjusted cost base of such units up to the date of conversion to the open-end fund. This becomes the ACB of the open-end fund units acquired.
