Merger Details:

Effective October 13, 2017 First Trust AlphaDEX Canadian Dividend ETF (FDY/FDY.A) merged into First Trust Canadian Capital Strength ETF (FST/FST.A). Unitholders of the common class received 0.60848 common units of FST for each unit of FDY previously held. Unitholders of the advisor class received 0.722499 advisor class units of FST.A for each unit of FDY.A previously held. This was deemed to be a taxable event.
