Merger

Effective April 3, 2017, Nobel REIT and Edgefront REIT were combined and the combined entity was named Nexus Real Estate Investment Trust. Nobel REIT unitholders received 1.67 units of Nexus for each unit of Nobel held and Edgefront unit holders received one unit of Nexus for each unit of Edgefront held.
