Merger Details:

Effective July 21, 2017 Voya High Income Floating Rate Fund - Class U merged into Voya Floating Rate Senior Loan Fund - Class U (ISL.U). Unitholders of the Voya High Income Floating Rate Fund - Class U received 0.96336 Class U units of Voya Floating Rate Senior Loan Fund for each unit previously held. This was a tax deferred event.
