Termination:

On February 9, 2017, Global Diversified Investment Grade Income Trust II announced that it had redeemed all of its outstanding units at a price of $0.24 per unit, being the net asset value as of that day. Payment was made to holders of record January 30, 2017. A holdback of $0.03 per unit was set aside to cover expenses up to its dissolution. Once expenses were paid, a remaining amount of $0.0128 per unit was made August 18, 2017 to holders of record August 14, 2017.
