Merger Details:

Effective February 5, 2016 First Trust Short Duration High Yield Bond ETF (FHY/FHY.A) merged into First Trust Short Duration High Yield Bond ETF (CAD-Hedged) (FSD/FSD.A). Unitholders of Common Class received 0.83523 units of FSD for each unit of the FHY previously held. Unitholders of the Advisor Class received 0.929031 units of FSD.A for each unit of FHY.A previously held. This was a tax deferred event.
