Merger Details:

Effective August 17, 2016 Global Infrastructure Dividend Fund merged with the open-ended mutual fund Middlefield Global Infrastructure Fund. The merger was effected on a tax-deferred rollover basis. Unitholders received 0.78634836 A units of the mutual fund for each unit of the Global Infrastructure Dividend Fund previously held.
