Conversion to ETF:

Effective Feb 5, 2016 First Trust Advantaged Short Duration High Yield Bond Fund (FSD.UN) converted from a closed-end fund to an ETF and was renamed First Trust Short Duration High Yield Bond ETF (CAD-Hedged) (FSD/FSD.A). Concurrently, the units were consolidated on a 1:2 basis. Unitholders of FSD.UN received 0.5 units of the ETF (FSD/FSD.A) for each unit of the closed-end fund previously held.
