Merger Details:

Effective October 7, 2016 Coxe Commodity Strategy Fund Class A & Class F merged into Global Water Solutions Fund. Each Class A unitholder received 1.183932 units of Global Water Solutions Fund for each unit held. Each Class F unitholder received 1.302514 units of Global Water Solutions Fund for each unit held. This was a taxable event.
