Notice of Conversion to Open-end Fund:

Effective July 22, 2016 the Fund merged into Canoe Floating Rate Income Fund, an open-end mutual fund. Unitholders of the Floating Rate Income Fund received 0.871058546 Series Z shares of the mutual fund for each unit of Floating Rate Income Fund previously held.
