Notice of Conversion to Open-end Fund:

Effective April 22, 2016 the Fund was merged into Canoe Canadian Asset Allocation Class, an open-end mutual fund. Each unitholder received 0.746276976 Series Z shares of the mutual fund for each unit of Convertible Debentures Income Fund previously held.
