Merger:

Effective June 17, 2015, ENERGY INDEXPLUS Dividend Fund (IDE.UN) merged with Middlefield Global Infrastructure Fund, an open-end mutual fund, with the latter fund being the continuing fund. Each holder of IDE.UN received 0.52583938 Series "A" units of the continuing fund on a tax-deferred basis.
