Details of Conversion:

Effective September 1, 2015 Aston Hill Oil & Gas Income Fund (OGF.UN) was converted into an open end mutual fund and renamed Aston Hill Global Resource Fund. Unitholders received one unit of the new mutual fund for every three units of OGF.UN previously held. This event was a tax deferred rollover.
