Merger Details:

Effective October 23, 2015 Bloom Income & Growth merged into Bloom Select Income Fund. Unitholders of the Bloom Income & Growth Fund received 0.693093575 units of the Bloom Select Income Fund for each unit previously held. This was deemed to be a taxable event.
