Details of Conversion:

Effective February 27, 2015 Build America Investment Grade Bond Fund underwent conversion into an open-ended mutual fund and was renamed Aston Hill Corporate Bond Fund. Existing Class A unitholders will receive 2 Series X Units of the new fund for each unit previously held. Existing Class F unitholders will receive 2 Series F Units of the new fund for each unit previously held. This is a tax deferred event.
