Merger Details:

Effective December 30, 2014 Next Edge GLG Emerging Markets Income Fund merged into Next Edge Theta Yield Fund, an open end fund. Holders of Class A units of GLG Emerging Markets Income Fund received 0.70 Class A1 units of the Theta Yield Fund for each unit held. Holders of Class F units of GLG Emerging Markets Income Fund received 0.77 Class F1 units of the Theta Yield Fund for each unit held. This was a taxable event.
