Termination of Fund

The fund was terminated on June 29, 2014. An initial return of capital payment of $7.38 was made on July 11, 2014. A subsequent payment of $1.12 was made on September 12, 2014. Distribution of the remaining illiquid assets will be paid when proceeds are received by the fund.
