Conversion to Open End Fund:

On February 28, 2014, unitholders of the fund received Class X units of the open end mutual fund First Asset Canadian Dividend Opportunity Fund on a one-for-one basis. The conversion was done on a tax-deferred basis at the closing net asset value per unit of the fund immediately prior to the merger.
