Effective March 4, 2014 Middlefield Income Plus II Corp. merged with the open end fund Middlefield Income Plus Class, with the mutual fund being the continuing fund. Shareholders received 0.70239004 Series A shares of the mutual fund for each share previously held. This merger was deemed to be a tax-deferred rollover.
