Conversion to Open End Fund:

Effective May 23, 2014 the fund converted to an open end mutual fund and its name changed to Portland Global Dividend Fund. Unitholders of Copernican International Premium Dividend Fund received 0.638547 series A2 units for each Trust unit held. The conversion was a taxable event.
