Effective January 8, 2013 Connor, Clark & Lunn Real Return Income Fund merged into ING Floating Rate Senior Loan Fund. Unitholders of CC&L Real Return Income Fund received 0.732842 Class A units of ING Floating Rate Senior Loan Fund for each unit held. This was a taxable event.
