Effective June 11, 2013 Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Opportunities Fund merged into Australian Banc Income Fund. Holders of Class A units of the Financial Opportunities Fund received .557596 Class A units of Australian Banc Income Fund for each unit held. Holders of Class F units of the Financial Opportunities Fund received .550557 Class F units of Australian Banc Income Fund for each unit held. This was a non-taxable event.
