Effective July 31, 2013 Front Street Strategic Yield Fund Ltd. merged into Front Street U.S. MLP Income Fund Ltd. Unitholders of Strategic Yield Fund received .455535 Equity Shares, Series C of the U.S. MLP Income Fund for each unit previously held. This was a tax deferred event.
