Conversion to Open-End Fund:

Effective June 28, 2013 Manulife Strategic Income Opportunities Fund converted to an open-ended mutual fund and was renamed Manulife Global Tactical Credit Fund. Unitholders of Manulife Strategic Income Opportunities Fund received Advisor Series units of the new fund on a one-for-one basis. This was a non-taxable event.
