Company Taken Over

Effective March 1, 2012, Canmarc REIT was acquired by Cominar REIT on the basis of $16.50 cash or 0.7607 units of Cominar for each unit of Canmarc. Canmarc unitholders received a combination of cash and units of Cominar, and as a result it will be necessary to do a manual adjustment to arrive at the correct final figures.
