Name Change:

Effective December 18, 2012 CMP Gold Trust changed its name to Goodman Gold Trust. If your sale is prior to that date perform your calculation under CMP Gold Trust. If your sale is subsequent to that date, perform your calculation under Goodman Gold Trust.
