Company Sold

Effective July 27, 2012, Arctic Glacier Income Fund was sold to H.I.G Capital for $413.35 million subject to certain post-closing working capital and other adjustments. After all secured and unsecured creditors have been paid, the new company, Arctic Glacier Holdings Inc. will determine if a distribution to unitholders is possible.
