Company Taken Over

Effective February 1, 2012, NorRock Realty Finance Corporation was taken over by Partners Real Estate Investment Trust on the basis of 13.72824 Partners REIT units for each NorRock Series 1 Preferred share and 3.29445 Partners REIT units for each NorRock Class A share. Since there was another option for NorRock Series 1 Preferred shareholders involving 12.71676 units of Partners REIT and $1.75 in cash, holders of NorRock Series 1 Preferreds should only use the ACB Tracking calculator if they selected the all unit option.
