Conversion to Open-End Fund

Effective December 1, 2011 O'Leary Canadian Income Opportunities Fund converted into an open-end mutual fund of the same name. The reorganization was effected on a tax-deferred basis. Effective January 19, 2012 O'Leary Canadian Income Opportunities Fund changed its name to O'Leary Canadian High Income Fund.
