Effective May 18, 2011 Brompton Equity Split Corp. merged with Dividend Growth Split Corp. Each class A share of Brompton Equity Split Corp. was exchanged for 1.493584 class A shares of Dividend Growth Split Corp., the surviving entity. The merger was effected on a tax-deferred basis.
