Effective May 18, 2011 Brompton Equity Split Corp. merged with Dividend Growth Split Corp. Each preferred share of Brompton Equity Split Corp. was exchanged for one preferred share of Dividend Growth Split Corp. , the surviving entity. The merger was effected on a tax-deferred basis.
