Effective October 4, 2011 Connor, Clark & Lunn Global Financials Fund II merged with Focused Global Trends Fund, the surviving fund. Holders of Class F units of Global Financials Fund II received .871693 Class F units of Focused Global Trends Fund in exchange for each unit of Global Financials Fund II previously held. The merger was effected on a taxable basis.
