Fund Taken Over and Important Message re Brookfield Renewable Energy Partners LP

Effective November 28, 2011 Brookfield Renewable Power Fund was absorbed by Brookfield Renewable Energy Partners L.P. on a one for one basis. This was deemed to be a tax-deferred event if a Tax Election Form was submitted. Please note that ACB Tracking will not be including Brookfield Renewable Energy Partners LP in its database due to the complexity of calculating ACBs of LPs.
